Then produce Hydrogen to make the concrete slop to expanding or swell, foam. Next, put them into the curing room to concreting cutting steaming curing, last, there will become the light brick, the porous rate is 70-80%.
2, main features of Aerated Autoclaved Concrete Brick Machine Plant
1. Light weight, Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3, (according the market in produce ), same as 1/3 of clay block and 1/5 common concrete. 90 degree, after quiet stop body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa
Steam curing cycle time, come in and out autoclave about 0.5hour, steam curing cycle time about is 6 hours/1.6Mpa, total 6.5 hours.

Capacity and Land Area Introduce
1. For AAC Machine line, according capacity: there have 50000m3/year, 100000m3/year, 150000m3/year,
200000m3/year, 300000m3/year. According 330 days to count capacity per year, they are means per day
produce 160m3, 310m3, 460m3, 610m3, 910m3.
2. For Land requirement, usually for 50000m3/year and 100000m3/year, we need workshop area 2000m2,
and total land at least 18000m2 more bigger, more better.
Usually for 150000m3 AAC line, we need workshop about 2500m2, total land at least 20000m2 more bigger
more better.
Usually for 200000m3-300000m3 AAC line, we need workshop about 3000m2, total land at least 25000m2 more bigger more better
