QT6-15B Block Moulding/Block Shaping Machine adopt vibrating and hydraulic cylinder press together, forming block fast, making high pressure. Having 3 pieces hydraulic cylinder on the top, the middle cylinder take pressure. The 2 sides one play the role of auxiliary pressure and lifting block mould automaticlly. Dosing material use 360 degree revolving way at high density.
This Block Moulding/Block Shaping Machine is appropriate to the customers who mainly produce solid bricks, large quantity, fast effective, good pressure, dosing material quickly, high intensity. Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC control system realize mixing, feeding material, forming blocks automatically.

1. Automatic block production lines, includes a cluster of cars and steam curing cellar of block production line, They are of high degree of automation. It can bring the fully-automated production process of batch charging, stir forming, transmission and curing, palletizing and packing into practice.
2. Use three same oil cylinders, work synchronous to insure the high density and high quality of the finished blocks.
3. Use 360 degree revoling method when forming color blocks to make the materials more uniform.
4. Use the heat treatment technology to deal with the mould to insure its longer life length.
5. Installing the cooling pump to cool down the oil, which insures the longtime normal work of the Hydraulic System.
6. Installing the waste recycling tank, which reduces the waste of materials.
