2 regarding to the scatter material machine, we used 360 degree revolving method, just like scatter the material twice, Hollow Block Machine, Automatic Block Machine, Block Mold Machine could make the material more uniform.
3 the oil cylinder has passed the Europe CE standard. We use three same size oil cylinder, will work at the same time, could increase the pressure and save more time, so the blocks are of high density and quality. (If they asked that why did mot you use the large oil cylinder? You could reply like this: Due to the large oil cylinder could not afford the oil in time, it will cost you more time, the three such oil cylinders worked together could save you more time and make a large pressure )
4 Referencing to the molds, we used the heat treatment skills, and plated the carbon element to the surface, so the molds are all of high rigidity and anti-friction. We could assure that our molds could be used more than 100, 000 times, the hardness reach 56 degree, anti-wear ability is 1.2 times as the common mold
5 we use the hydraulic oil motor drive the vibration case. Hydraulic pressure and vibration together, could make the blocks more strength
6 As to the hydraulic system, we installed the cooling pump, could assure our hydraulic station operate regularly
7 we also installed the waste recycling tank, could reduce waste of materials
8 we used the advanced lifting device, could adjust the height of scatter material machine according to the use of different mold
9 AS to the sending pallets machine, we use the machine, we use the turbine but not the pallets, and then it cannot be claned.
