1. Moulds  are  made  of  16  #  Manganese  steel.
2. Mould  are  processed  via  the  procedures  of  carburizing, nitriding  and  quenching  which  gurantee
moulds  can  be  used  100  thousand  times.
3. The  strength  of  moulds  is  HRC54~58  and  each  mould  should  be  tested  by  QC  before  out  of  factory.
