Production Process

Stone coated metal roof tiles are made of galvalume steel as the base material. After cutting, press forming, adhesive spraying, and applying high-temperature sintered colored sand, the tiles go through high-temperature curing and finally film coating and packaging

The colored sand adopts ceramic high-temperature baking coloring process, with bright and vivid colors that can last for up to 50 years

Synthesized from polymer materials with multi-layer anti-ag-ing coating, providing all-round protection for longer service life and enhanced durability.

Packing & Delivery

We use pallet packaging. Usually, there are 1000 pieces per pallet. The packaging is high-strength and not easily damaged during long-distance transportation, with an extremely low damage rate. In addition, stretch film or shrink film is used for wrapping to fix the colored stone metal tiles in place without sliding, greatly reducing damage caused by external pressure during transit.
