1.QT10-15 Brick Production Line is fully automatic brick making machine, which can make different sizes of hollow blocks, solid bricks, paver and curbstone by changing moulds.
2. QT10-15 Brick Making Machine adopt to hydraulic pressure moulding system , so the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.

QT10-15 hydraulic concrete block machine
1.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic power is 37kw, the blocks are of good quality, large density and high strength. Motor is made by well-known brand SIEMENS. Hydraulic system is easy to operate.
2.Feeding system
Special structure can let material more even, cooperates with vibration rator, can keep blocks have large density and higher strength.
3.Electrical parts
Electrical components are made in famous factories, the brand of PLC is Mitubushi from Japan. The operate method is easy, and if you want to operate by hand, every movement one button, which is convenient for you to find the fault of machine.
4.Actuate linkage
The machine uses chain and gear drive which can keep longer life and lower faults. We add some wheels to reduce the moving resistence.
5.Mould
Mould is different according to the customer need, and there will be one free mould with the machine. Mould is easy to be replaced by hand, and products are diverse. The life of mould is very long because of the heat treatment and precise wire cutting technics.
6.Products
Under mould, there is vibration system, and vibration force can reach to 50KN, so all the products can keep large density and higher strength. This machine can not only produce concrete blocks but also bake-free soil blocks.
7.Sample
The machine can produce various hollow bricks, solid bricks and pavers by changing the moulds. The following bricks are somecommon brick types. At the same time, we can customize the brick moulds for you according to your specific requirements.

1) The motor for the host machine is Germany SIEMENS brand or ABB brand
2) Control PLC: we select original Japan Mitsubishi PLCcombine with independently develop machine control program, assure stable and high efficiency working status
3) The switch will use France brand and Japan Omron
4) Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of mould reach to 54-58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
5)Material and welding: all materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running.
