QT4-24 is a small semi-automatic Concrete Hollow Block Maker Machine which is specialized in manufacture of construction building block such as hollow blocks , solid blocks, paver blocks, porous bricks, road kerb , grassing brick , ring tree brick and other concrete products .Concrete blocks material can be fly ash , cinder , coal gabgue and other industrial residue .
QT4-24 is mechanical vibration type baking-free brick machine(down-vibration box with 2 sets 5.5 KW motor, up-vibration motor with 1 set 3KW vibration motor),push-pull mould by electric. dosing material at a time, easily operated, save labour with small workforce. Regular production use 5 workers, one worker control mixer, one operate the host machine, two take charge of transporting formed blocks.
