2. QT6-15B Automatic Hollow Sand Brick Machine advantage
(1) This model automatic concrete hollow brick machine completely use PLC systems, human-computer interface and Chinese/English menu. It integrated with the advanced international mechanic, hydraulic and automatic technologies. Its easy for workers to communicate with the machine through color screen touch control system. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials. It can analyze signal random, diagnosis fault and set parameter, this ensure the best work of the machine;
(2) About the electricity motor, in Mixer and host machine, we will use Germany Siemens motor, because this two part nearly working all time in working day, so we could use high level hard wearing motor for this, and ther motor we will also use CE standard motor,
(3)About the switches, we will select the France Schneider brand, it is could assure the working process smoothly.
(4) The Control System Using computer control and man-machine interface. Electrical equipments apply the well-known brands from Japan and Germany, like Japan Mitsubishi.
(5). The brick mould of brick making machine, in order to prolong the life of brick mould, we use the newest high temperature carburizing heat treatment technology, the quality is good.
(6). Hydraulic system: Hydraulic components made in Taiwan, we use high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically adjust the oil flux and pressure as per specific working requirements,
This design greatly prevent the cylinder from damage.
3. General notice of Automatic Hollow Sand Brick Machine
1). Customized color is available based on previous notice.
2). The third party inspection is available.
3). If needed, the seller can help the buyer to handle shipping and insurance.
4). Marking and package shall be arranged according to applicable international requirements.
5). Guarantee: Our block machine has been taken under guarantee by the seller from the date of commissioning within 12 months on the premise of regular use of the buyer. An Acceptance Act will follow to inspect the application of the equipment.
6). Installation & commissioning is available based on the clients' requirement.
4. QT6-15B Automatic Hollow Sand Brick Machine whole line overview
Batching Plant: : This is the starting point of the Production process. It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin. It also contains blet conveyers to convey materials from loading bins to weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by PLC control. We can load three different types of material into the loading bin.
Screw Conveyer (Optional fitment): Loading bins of theThis is instrumental for transporting Fly Ash from the silos(optional fitting) or cement hopper (optional fitting) to the Batching Plant.
Conveyer Belt: When the Batching plant's weighing bin trips according to the PLC control, the material comes to this conveyer belt. The material is then carried to the Mixture Machine.
Concrete Mixture Machine: All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. The mixing time and speed is controlled by PLC. The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mix automatically, as per requirement.
