The basis for continuous high quality
Aerated concrete is produced from quartz sand, lime, cement, gypsum (anhydrous),and water.The process starts with quartz sand being milled in a wet ball mill into a fine sand slurry which is then stored in slurry silos with an integrated stirrer.It is important to keep the defined density, which is controlled either manually or automatically. Sand slurry, recycled slurry, lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum and water are added to the mixer according to the desired product recipe.Immediately after the mixing the pre-positioned moulds are filled and subsequently transported to the fermentation area. Here the mixture starts reacting by producing fine pores, allowing the mass to harden into an aerated concrete cake.
Consistent precision
The fermentation process produces hydrogen, resulting in the creation of billions of tiny pores in the concrete cake. At the end of the process the cake is left with an enormous number of air cells. Simultaneously the aerated concrete cake starts to harden.As soon as the material has enough resistance to be cut, the aerated concrete cakes are demoulded and placed onto the cutting line. Here they are frst calibrated, profiled, and cut both horizontally and vertically

B. Aerated Concrete Common Conception
Common concrete density is usually 1600-2400kg/m3, but aerated concrete blocks are 500kg/m3, 600kg/m3, 700kg/m3. It has not the big grain, main use silicon material (for example: coal ash, sand, stone dust and others ), through making the material small (for example sand),they can be used directly if having enough degree of fineness (for example coal ash).Mixing calcium material, lime, cement, water to a special slop, then add the aluminum dust and additive. Make the aluminum dust and the special slop have a Chemical reflect. then produce Hydrogen to make the concrete slop to expanding or swell, foam.Next, put them into the curing room to concreting ,cutting, steaming, curing. Last, there will become the light brick. porous rate is 70-80%( according to the line photo).

1. light weight:Aerated concrete density is usually 500-700kg/m3,(according the market ti produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more ,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best . then you can see ,it can save the material and cost ,it also fighting shaking .
