AAC Light Weight Block Making Machine Line
AAC cutting machine is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete with annual capacity of 50, 000 m3 to 200, 000 m3. Its absolutely necessary for promoting the production capacity and quality. Cutting machine series produced by our factory, can accomplish six-side cutting in one step, without the second lifting. Working Theory of aac light weight block making machine line:
The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90 degree, and the body is moved to the destination. The body is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degree so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole cutting process is automatic.

Production and application of aerated concrete has more than 40 years history in China. Viewing from technology point, high quality products can use 3mm special sand slurry technology, to meet the construction requests and 50% energy saving goals. (When under 3mm, take wall heating transmitting coefficient as 1, when concrete slot become over 3mm, take wall heating transmitting coefficient as 1.5). Based on the history of the aerated concrete development, only high quality products can bring a prosperous market. Thus, this scheme designed according to China standard GB11968-2006.
Capacity
The product is aerated concrete block. Capacity is 150, 000 m3/year. The first period can be collocated according to 100, 000m3/year. Considerate the customer requirments, make reservation for panel materials.

According to GB11968-2006 standard 04~07 grade.
Compared to other wall materials, the advantage of AAC block is as follows:
1. AAC blocks are prevailed by light weight, reducing building's dead weight. First, this will improve 2 earthquake proofing levels than clay bricks at the same structure.
Second, because of light weight, could reduce labor intensity and construction cost. Moreover this vastly improve construction speed.
2. Have good thermal insulation and heat preservation properties.
Because the coefficient of heat conductivity is just 0.168W/(m. K). So the heat preservation effect is 4 times of clay brick, 3 times of hollow bricks.
