Our QT5-15 production line starts with the batching machine that weighs the raw material (sand, crushed stone and other materials)according to the setting data of the control box, the belt conveyor send the raw material into the mixer, the mix start to work, after run 75s mixing, raw material become concrete, discharge to the belt conveyor and be sending to the storage hopper of the block making machine, the block machine press and vibration work together can ensure the the block quality very good. After pressing finish, pallet feeding machine send one new pallet to push the finished blocks into the block conveyor, the block machine recycle to work. Stacker will carry two pallets blocks and stack them layer by layer. Then forklift carry and transport the finished blocks to cure area for drying, after drying one day, the workers can take the blocks off from the pallets and the pallets can recycle to use.
