QT4-24B is mechanical vibration type baking-free manual block machine(down-vibration box with 2 sets 5.5 KW motor, up-vibration motor with 1 set 3KW vibration motor),push-pull mould by electric.dosing material at a time,easily operated,save labour with small 
workforce.Regular production use 5 workers,one worker control mixer,one operate the host 
machine,two take charge of transporting formed blocks.

2.the main features of theQT4-24 hollow block machine AS follows:

(1)Using the manual force control and jog control together, the operation is simple and efficient;

(2)Using four polesoriented manner and ultralong orientation bear to ensure the precise movement of the pressure head and mould;

 (3)Using the ultra strong steel and special welding techniques,it is strong and of high resistanceto vibration;
