Product Description
1. Multifunction
Fully automated paver block brick making machine can produce different hollow blocks, solid blocks, pavers and curbstone by changing moulds.

The moulds adopt precise wire cutting technology and carburizing treatment technology to prolong service life, elaborate process and rigorous testing ensure that the mold has the best quality.

The efficient production line ensured the high output of the machine, it can produce 4320~23040 pieces blocks per day according to block size.
Hydraulic pressure technology and vibration moulding technology adopted to assure the bricks produced have better quality, larger density and higher strength.
The brick moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900 carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of the brick mould production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time.
Select original Mitsubishi PLC control system and Japan Omoron or France Schneider switches to assure stable and high-efficiency working status of the machine.
