Main Features
This machines can be equipped with an automatic elevator/skip for loading mix into hopper, agitator, an automatic pallet feeder, pallet ejector, brush for cleaning blocks and a run off conveyor
1) Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of mould reach to 54-58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
2)Material and welding: all materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running.

1.Hydraulic system

The machine uses chain and gear drive which can keep longer life and lower faults. We add some wheels to reduce the moving resistence.
5.Mould
Mould is different according to the customer need, and there will be one free mould with the machine. Mould is easy to be replaced by hand, and products are diverse. The life of mould is very long because of the heat treatment and precise wire cutting technics.
6.Products
Under mould, there is vibration system, and vibration force can reach to 50KN, so all the products can keep large
