Two after sale service centers and spare stock center are available in Ahmedabad and Bhubaneshwar.
India engineers are well trainned in China and can install the machine in India directly.

8). All our Indian supplied machines have 415 Volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz systems to confirm to Indian standards. Other Chinese companies use 380 Volts system as this is the Chinese standard. WE also give you all German Motors of Siemens Brand or ABB brand.
9). Our PLCs are of high quality Siemens or Mitsubishi and not Chinese or Taiwan brands. So in very rare case of any problems in Motors or PLCs, you can have warrantee covered in India itself.
10). We also have the Biggest Pallet size compared to other manufacturer for the same class of machine. Bigger the pallet, bigger has to be the machine and thus the more study the machine has to be.
3. Required area of high density concrete blocks QT8-15B DONGYUE:
Work area: 150m2-200m2 6-8 workers
Total area: 2000m2(theoretically), you can arrange it with your own situation
4. Scale of raw material of high density concrete blocks QT8-15B DONGYUE:
1.8%-10% cement, 30%-40% sand, 50%-60% stone(less than 15mm)
2.8% cement, 60% sand, Fly ash 30%, 2% gypsum.
5. General notice
1). Customized color is available based on previous notice.
2). The third party inspection is available.
3). If needed, the seller can help the buyer to handle shipping and insurance.
4). Marking and package shall be arranged according to applicable international requirements.
5). Guarantee: Our block machine has been taken under guarantee by the seller from the date of commissioning within 12 months on the premise of regular use of the buyer. An Acceptance Act will follow to inspect the application of the equipment.
6). Installation & commissioning is available based on the clients' requirement.
