QT5-15

Qt5-15 is a fully automatic machine with automatic control system. Production capacity is stable and efficient. Realize automatic control, also can choose manual control. Central control system by PLC system. Famous brands Japan Mitsubishi, ABB travel switch and so on. It can be used in small, medium and large brick yard.

Main machine frame: adopts high-strength structural steel and special welding technology to ensure the rigidity and shock resistance of the equipment.
* Guide column: It is made of super-strong special steel, and the surface is chrome-plated with good torsion and wear resistance. In addition, the four-bar guiding method and the guiding bearing ensure the precise movement of the indenter and the mold; the special device is used for the moving part, which is convenient for lubrication and not easy to wear.
* Fabric system: The lifting frame of the fabric machine is controlled by a hydraulic system. The fabric noodle bucket is connected to the lifting frame through a rubber spring, which has a shock absorption effect and prevents the remaining material from vibrating. The material door controls the opening and closing of the hopper to achieve uniform distribution.
* Material distribution system: Designed with material storage and material separation technology. The material receiving of the  material box can be accurately controlled. Under the action of the forced arch breaking mechanism, a powerful centrifugal material discharge is produced, so that the cloth can be quickly and evenly distributed.
